  No heat in the morning, which required an emergency service call as it was in the teens outside. They were able to put me on the list that day, then was bumped up because I’m on their service plan (also recommend). Mario was friendly, efficient and thorough. There was a quick fix on the thermostat but took the additional step of checking the entire system. Based on the feedback of my problem, he quickly tested and found the real problem. Part was in his truck. He fixed and tested it immediately. Thank you Mario!

  Heatmaster’s is great! We were first time customers and they had same day availability. Daniel was our technician and he was extremely polite, efficient, and solved what’s been a challenge, undiagnosable issues that’s been going on with our furnace for a long time now.
