Chase came in with a severe leg injury. It was broken and recommended he needed to see a specialist it was so bad. We brought him to dogwood and they did an amazing job fixing our baby. He is once again bounding over our three acre yard to greet the children comming home from school, playing ball and going on hikes. Something I wasn't sure he'd ever be able to do again. Thank you for helping him get back to what he enjoys doing the most.

This was by far the best vet visit we've ever had for our 6 year old pup. While it is a bit more expensive for a consultation than other places, they honestly make it worthwhile. My dog had a fracture and we were told to go see a surgeon for a consultation. Dr. Chris checked her over and took his time going into detail on the whole healing process (essentially just taking it easy and monitoring). I also had a question about some previous blood work from another vet that I was unsure about (I really only wanted to know if two results seemed all right). He went through the entire list of 30+ tests and explained in detail what they mean, how they work, etc. He didn't try to rush us, and even pulled out a whiteboard at one point. He was also great with our dog who trusted him enough to let him open her mouth (which she refuses to do for other vets without sedation). Absolutely going back for future vet appointments.

Everyone at Dogwood is truly amazing! We love that they treat our dog with care and respect and he is ALWAYS excited to see them. Our dog is part of our family and we would not entrust his care to anyone else.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible Dogwood is. This is hands down the best vet clinic in the city if not the state and beyond. My dog is quite difficult, doesn’t trust people, is high anxiety and has unfortunately needed a lot of medical attention. Dr. Chris Franklin and his entire team have handled her with the greatest care. They are sensitive to her needs and personality but also to mine. My dog loves coming here and is always happy to see everyone who works there (unless they tell her no more treats or give her a shot lol). Dr. Chris and the entire staff go above and beyond and I am forever grateful to them for their care. No matter how far you live, this is the place to go if you want the best care possible.
